We do not collect payment information, government identification, phone numbers, or any sensitive personal information.
About the demo simulation: When you press RUN ANALYSIS, all transaction data is generated and processed entirely within your browser. No transaction data is sent to any server, stored anywhere, or associated with your identity in any way. The simulation is fully local to your device.
We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:
- To maintain a record of individuals who have accessed the Ardevo demo, which helps us understand interest in the platform and prepare for commercial conversations.
- To contact you in the future regarding Ardevo updates, pilot program opportunities, or commercial availability, if you have expressed interest. We will not contact you without a legitimate reason related to Ardevo.
- To analyze site traffic and visitor behavior through Google Analytics so we can improve the demo experience.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, automated decision making, or any purpose unrelated to Ardevo.
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012 and applicable international data protection principles, we process your personal information on the following legal bases:
- Consent: You provide your name and email voluntarily by completing the demo access form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
- Legitimate interests: We have a legitimate interest in understanding who is engaging with the Ardevo platform as part of operating and developing the product.
Your name and email address are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Felix Dadzie. Google Sheets is operated by Google LLC and is subject to Google's own privacy and security standards.
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information we store, including restricting access to authorized personnel only. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics collects information about how visitors use the site, including pages visited, time spent on the site, and general device and browser information. This data is collected using cookies and similar tracking technologies.

The Ardevo demo site uses cookies primarily through Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data.
