These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Ardevo demo platform at dadziefelix.github.io/ardevo. The Ardevo demo platform is a simulated demonstration of a real-time fraud detection API purpose-built for Ghana's mobile money ecosystem. The platform is intended for business and professional use, including fintech companies, payment processors, financial institutions, fraud analysts, security professionals, and industry researchers.
The demo simulation generates and processes entirely fictitious transaction data within your browser. No real financial transactions are initiated, processed, or affected in any way. No real money is involved.

All intellectual property rights in the Ardevo platform, including the fraud detection algorithms, scoring models, detection rules, software code, visual design, branding, written content, and all associated documentation, are and remain the sole and exclusive property of Felix Dadzie, operating as Ardevo.
Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership interest, license, or right to use Ardevo's intellectual property beyond what is expressly set out in these Terms.
The name Ardevo, the tagline Watch. Detect. Protect., and all associated branding are proprietary to Felix Dadzie. You may not use these in any public communication, marketing material, or product without prior written consent.
The Ardevo demo generates entirely simulated transaction data for demonstration purposes only. The fraud detection output produced during the demo simulation is illustrative and does not constitute a guarantee of the platform's performance on real transaction data.
Nothing on the Ardevo platform constitutes financial, legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. Any decisions made based on information presented through the platform are made entirely at your own risk.
Access to the Ardevo demo is granted on a per-submission basis through the access gate. Your access is personal to you and is not transferable.

- Ardevo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Ardevo is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from platform unavailability or modifications.
The Ardevo platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ardevo disclaims all warranties including:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Warranties that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.
- Warranties that the fraud detection output produced during the demo will accurately reflect the performance of a live production deployment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Felix Dadzie and Ardevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.
Ardevo's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to access the platform. Since the demo is currently provided free of charge, Ardevo's total liability is zero.
Your use of the Ardevo platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
If you choose to share ideas, suggestions, or observations about the platform with Ardevo, you acknowledge that Ardevo is free to use, implement, or incorporate your feedback into the platform without any obligation, compensation, or attribution to you.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of Ghana.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms entirely. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ardevo with respect to your use of the demo platform. If you have entered into a separate Pilot Program Agreement with Ardevo, that agreement shall govern your use during the pilot period to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
